Functions

In the scene ofa large space chamber drying room or continuous tunnel dryer, the drying aircone will form a top-down hot air flow, thereby weakening the geometricpressure head of the internal space, effectively reducing the verticaltemperature difference, so that the product is heated evenly and consistently;Therefore, it avoids the drying defects caused by the temperature differenceand accelerates the drying efficiency, which is the core equipment in the dryer;

Principles

The equipmentconsists of a cylinder, a driving device and a control cabinet;

The conicaldesign of the cylinder with adjustable air outlet pressurizes the hot air atthe bottom to achieve the same outlet flow rate as the top air outlet;

The driving devicecontains axial flow blades, which suck in the hot air at the top and send itinto the cylinder, and flow out from the air outlet of the cylinder, so as tocomplete the hot air circulation and eliminate the temperature differenceinside the dryer furnace;
